Last week Trevanion House Holidays hosted a delightful group of guests of all ages, including nine who came all the way from Inverness in Scotland! Some first visited Trevanion in 2006, and for others it was their first time to Cornwall. Places and attractions visited included the historic port of Charlestown, where scenes from Poldark were filmed, the village of St Mawgan in Pydar with its Japanese Gardens, Milky Way adventure park, Wheal Martyn china clay museum, Newquay Zoo, Bodmin moor, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Cornish Gold centre, Crazy Golf, Pendennis Castle in Falmouth, Paradise Bird Park, bowling at Trethorne Leisure, Padstow harbour, a vintage rally, Tregony country fayre, and Marazion Beach with views of St Michael’s Mount. There was still so much to see and do that they are hoping to return for two weeks next time. We can’t wait to see them again!
