We know that there are a lot of disappointed people who had booked to stay at Trevanion House Holidays between April and June 2020. We look forward to seeing you all again as soon as it is safe to open back and the country gets the 'all clear' from this dreadful virus.
In the meantime, hold on to the happy memories. We will get through this.

Below are some of the heart-warming emails we have received recently in support of our service:
I am writing on behalf of my two daughters [C&S]. We have lost count as to how many times they have come to Trevanion...
Thank you for your patience, we are doing our best in these difficult times, with limited resources, to sort out our business.
There have been many obstacles along the way:
* Our Business Interruption Insurance, which covers a whole host of disasters including diseases, sadly does not cover pandemics;
* We have been told by Cornwall Council that our hotel is not eligible for the Small Business Grant+ because Trevanion House Holidays is registered to provide care;
* The promise of the Government-backed Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme has proven to be onerous, and even risky to the business, to access.
We keep working to find a way through this crisis and look forward to celebrating 30 years - as the leading provider of supported holidays to the learning disabilities...

At Trevanion House Holidays, the health and safety of our guests and staff is our top priority. The risk of Coronavirus in the UK has recently been raised by the government to high, everyone must stay at home, and all but essential travel has been advised against.
We recognise that the situation is potentially unsettling and we would like to reassure you that we are closely monitoring developments and following government guidance. The hotel is temporarily closed due to government restrictions, and we will re-open again as soon as it is safe to do so. We are offering to transfer holidays to a later date, and will be contacting all guests affected...
