All staff undertake necessary training to meet their roles and everyone is qualified to Level 2 NVQ as a minimum standard. The staff are always pleased to meet their guests, and you will become familiar with all of them while you stay with us. The Catering team prepare your meals from locally sourced produce and make sure all special dietary needs are met.
Care is given discretely by the professional staff. To make the most of your day out, all our staff have a depth of knowledge of not only your chosen attraction, but the history and culture of Cornwall too. Our transport is driven by caring drivers supported by an escort.

After being the senior management team of Trevanion House Holidays for many years, at the end of 2011 Gerry, Tracey and Mel officially took over the business. Wendy who has been at Trevanion House since 2001 takes up the last of the managerial posts and is our Operational Manager. All of them make sure that your high expectations and their high standards are met making every holiday a truly memorable experience.
The Care Staff are here 24 hours a day for the duration of your holiday. They provide any help and support that you may need. Brought together from varied backgrounds, the Care Team tick all the boxes when providing care and support for your stay. Doubling as drivers, entertainers, barpersons and waiters along with one-to-one support when requested, the closeness of their company during your stay will be a lasting memory of your time at Trevanion House!
All the team are trained or undertaking training in Health and Social care to a minimum Level 2, to make sure that your expectations are met. You could not be in safer hands.
Unlike a traditional hotel, our house and catering staff are not in the background. They will play a major role in the enjoyment of your stay. Olwen and her team work with you from breakfast through to departure day. They ensure that your room is kept fresh and clean, your meals nutritious and delicious, putting that smile on your face.
Supporting the organisation are the people who make sure that our business is promoted, your bookings taken and processed and your room allocated. The Admin team are here to help you find your perfect holiday.
